How does it work
Ichthyol reduces sebum production. Why is that important? If your skin looks flaky and scaly, it’s not necessary dry. When certain microorganisms feast on sebum, the by-product of their activity irritates the skin and the skin overreacts by shedding. Try reducing the sebum production and see if this helps!
